Operations Division

The White River Township Fire Department is committed to providing a comprehensive all-hazards response to the community, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The primary responsibilities of Department personnel include:

  • All-hazards emergency response
  • Life safety
  • Incident stabilization
  • Advanced Life Support
  • Preservation of property and the environment

The Operations Division consists of personnel assigned to three 24-hour shifts and operates out of four fire stations. The Division staffs and maintains nine front-line apparatus, including:

  • Three Medic Units
  • Three Engines
  • One Ladder Truck
  • One Battalion Chief
  • One Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) Unit
