Blaze destroys home

A fire in northeast Morgan County destroyed a home in the Paradise Lake subdivision late last night.  An Engine Company from the White River Township Fire Department assisted five other fire departments with the overnight blaze that fully engulfed the home.  Heavy snow from a recent storm hampered firefighter's efforts to gain quick access to the property.  "Two trucks got stuck in the snow enroute to the scene", remarked one of the first responders.  Firefighters were on the scene for several hours dousing hot spots and performing overhaul operations.  The cause of the fire is still under investigation at press time and it is believed that no one was injured.  Photos below courtesy of Aaron Fraker.
