Firefighters assist Bargersville FD with serious Motor Vehicle Accident

          Members of the White River Twp. Fire Department were called to assist Bargersville Fire Department with a motor vehicle accident.  The accident occurred at approximately 10 p.m. at the intersection of State Road 135 and Smokey Row Road.  The accident occurred when a Mitsubishi Galant, attempting to turn north on SR 135, crossed paths with a southbound Chevrolet Avalanche. The driver of the Mitsubishi Galant had to be cut out of the vehicle utilizing multiple cutting and spreading tools. The driver of the Galant was transported by Lifeline Helicopter to Methodist hospital in serious condition. Three other patients were transported to area hospitals.
