Firefighters attend Grand Opening

       White River Township firefighters attended an open house and grand opening of the new Entrée Vous at the corner of Olive Branch Road and State Road 135 on Friday.  Entrée Vous is a do-it-yourself kitchen where you prepare entrées from a wide variety of freshly prepared ingredients.  All of the hard work is already done for you.  All of the shopping, chopping, slicing, searing, and dicing are all done ahead of time by the Entrée Vous staff.  In addition to providing a state-of-the-art kitchen, they also provide the recipes, plans, labels, and even the packaging.  All you have to do is put it altogether.

         Firefighters spent the afternoon displaying their fire equipment at the event as well as making a few entrées themselves.  They loved the idea and enjoyed the concept of preparing several different meals.  In addition to it's great location in White River Township, the new Entrée Vous is very conveniently located adjacent to the new Fire Station 51,  which is slated to open later this summer.  More information on Entrée Vous can be found by visiting their web site by clicking HERE.
