After a long, cold, and wet winter, the weather is finally beginning to cooperate at the construction site.  Exterior work has continued in earnest over the last few weeks ultimately preparing for asphalt paving and landscaping.  Inside, most of the major trades have begun their final steps toward project completion by moving into the finishes phase.  Final carpentry and carpeting should be getting under way early next week while the electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians continue to wind down in their respective areas.  The entire project is slated to be completed in about six to eight more weeks.
