Weather continues to remain a factor out at the Station 51 construction site as crews have been unable to work outside due to the wet and extremely cold conditions.  Some interior progress is still being made though with drywall hanging and finishing on the main and upper floors as well as the continuance of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing trade work throughout.  In the coming weeks, the bay floor should be poured and bay doors should be hung soon after.  Additionally, the hookup of permanent utilities to the structure should be complete.
