Strategic planning session held

       Officials from the White River Township Fire Department recently took part in a two-day strategic planning retreat that was held in Nashville, Indiana.  The session was conducted off-site in an attempt to eliminate distractions and to provide a comfortable environment for several brainstorming sessions that took place.  Various issues facing the department were discussed including budgets, staffing, divisional goals, and the overall future of the fire department.
