Now that the poured concrete basement walls are complete, work has begun on the footers and foundation for the rest of the building.  Site work has also continued in order to maximize the work area around the one acre lot.  Once reinforcing steel beams have been placed across the basement wall span, backfill of the basement will commence.  The plumbing contractor has also been on site placing underground rough-ins.  The basement floor is scheduled to be poured this week.  Some photos of the progress are displayed below.
