New Administrative Assistant starts

       The White River Township Fire Department hired a new full-time Administrative Assistant to fill a vacancy left by long-time employee Kim Clawson.  Crystal Young will begin her new career starting today at the department's Headquarters on Mullinix Road in Greenwood.

         Crystal's main responsibilities are assisting the department's senior staff with various tasks such as accounts payable, filing, billing, and other similar duties.  Crystal comes to the department with a Bachelor's degree in public affairs and will bring a wealth of knowledge in an area critical to the day-to-day operations of the department.  Crystal also has a strong skill set in information technology, an important aspect in back-office operations.
