Accident entraps victim

       The White River Township Fire Department responded to an accident earlier today that involved two vehicles on Morgantown Road in front of the Center Grove Middle School North. The Thanksgiving Day accident occurred around 1pm in the afternoon and sent a total of four people to the hospital.  One of the victims, who was driving one of the vehicles, had to be extricated from the vehicle after being trapped inside.  Although no one appeared to be seriously injured, all of the victims were taken to Wishard Hospital's Trauma Center to be evaluated as a precaution.  Firefighters used fire trucks to keep the victims out of the cold and windy weather until ambulances from Rural/Metro arrived.  Story submitted by James Engmark, Battalion Chief.
