Department hires two firefighters

       The White River Township Fire Department has officially hired two new full-time firefighters that will both assume the role of Firefighter/Engineer.  Kyle Brooks and Eric Wiseman of Hiring Process #56 are the township's two newest employees.  Both began work earlier last week.  Both Kyle and Eric are veteran firefighters from other full-time departments and bring with them a wealth of experience, knowledge, and technical skills.  The department wishes to congratulate both Kyle and Eric on a job well done and to thank all of the other interested persons who applied.  Those not hired, but scored above the minimum hiring threshold, will have their names placed on a list to be called up if an opening should occur within the next two years.
