A mid-day accident involving two vehicles occurred at the intersection of Morgantown and Smith Valley Roads earlier today.  The collision caused a van with a woman and two children inside to overturn landing on its side just north of the intersection.  The two children were securely restrained in child safety seats leading ultimately to what appeared to be only minor injuries.  Both drivers also appeared to have only minor injuries according to paramedics at the scene.  The van's occupants had to be extricated from the vehicle, which took approximately twenty minutes, due to the severity of the impact and position of the vehicle.  All occupants were transported via Rural/Metro Ambulance to Indianapolis hospitals.  Patient conditions were unavailable at press time.
