New fire truck goes in service
The
newest fire truck to the White River Township Fire Department's fleet has
finally been placed in regular service. The pumper, an American LaFrance,
arrived late last month and has finally been placed in service at station 51
after having miscellaneous equipment mounted, radios installed, and
a striping package added.
The truck has a 6 person cab, a 500 gallon tank
and a 1500 gpm pump. The truck is officially designated as Engine 51.
