Third phase of hiring process complete

       White River Township Fire Department completed the third phase of its current full-time hiring process today.  The board interviewed 23 persons for Engineer and 15 persons for Lieutenant.  The board consists of:  (from left to right in the photo below) Lt. Jim Engmark, Chief Eric Brown, Lt. Kevin Skipper & Lt. Mark Hart.  The board asked structured questions put together by IPSP (Institute for Public Safety Personnel), a private consulting firm based in Indianapolis, IN.  The applicants should receive notification of their performance in the process by the first week of August.  They will start recruit school the first week of October and will be working on-shift by December 10^th, 2004.
