WRTFD Hosts PHTLS Course

       Medical personnel took part in a training exercise Thursday and Friday in Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS).  Scenarios included a seizure patient, a vehicle accident victim, and a non-English speaking patient who fell out of the bed of a moving pickup truck.  Scenarios were made as real as possible, including the use of moulage to show the effects of head injuries, chest wounds, abrasions, contusions, fractures, etc.  Special thanks to all who took part in this exercise, including the "victims"!
