Strategic planning session held

       Several officers took part in a one day strategic planning session conducted at the Community Church of Greenwood.  Various issues facing the department were discussed including budgets, staffing, division goals, and the overall future of the fire department.  This strategic plan is an evolving project and is scheduled for completion by the end of this year.

        Participants included Chief Mike Tibbetts, Deputy Chief Scott Cassin, Battalion Chiefs Carey Slauter, Joel Thacker and Don Young, Lieutenants Bruce Alexander, Casey Arkins and Joe Settles, and Administrative Assistant Kim Clawson.
