Fire department conducts house burn
The White
River Township Fire Department conducted a house burn training recently on
Jerkwater Road in White River Township. The house was donated to the fire
department for use in training and then eventually to be burned down. The
department had been using the structure for several weeks for the practice of
various firefighting techniques. The training culminated with today's full
burn. It is unclear what the property will be used for.
