WRT Olympic team finishes third

        This year’s team competing in the Firemen’s Olympics at the Johnson County Fair finished in third place.  This after an evening of grueling firefighting-related tasks design to pit teams against each other.  Although the White River team came in third, it was a great night of teamwork and camaraderie among firefighters.  In the photo below, (from left) teammates Jeff Wilson, Tony Slusher, and James Meacham pull an antique fire engine.  (Reprinted with permission from the Daily Journal)
