WRT fire department earns boost in insurance rating

       In the first photo below, White River Township Fire Chief Mike Tibbetts flushes a water hydrant in front of the newly opened station at 850 S. Mullinix Road.  Because of recent improvements within the fire district, the department’s insurance rating jumped from seven to four.  (Reprinted with permission from the Daily Journal)
