Teen killed in one-car crash
Brian Freeman, 16, Greenwood, was killed yesterday when he lost control of his 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix and struck a tree. White River Township firefighters, Greenwood Police, Johnson County Sheriff’s Department, and EMAS Ambulance Service responded to the incident on Curry Road, east of State Road 135. It was unknown at press time what, if anything, may have contributed to the accident. (Reprinted with permission from the Daily Journal)
