Fire station back open following ceremony

       After a year of planning and nine months of construction, the White River Township fire station on Runyon Road is now once again open for business.  The department had moved out of the building back in January and were running out of the district's other fire station on Meridian Park Lane while the construction was going on.  The renovations added much needed office space and new bunk and locker room facilities.  The building was officially dedicated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony earlier today.  See related stories and photos HERE and HERE.
