Early morning tumble

       A car was overturned in an accident at 7:10 this morning at the corner of County Road 550W and Olive Branch Road in White River Township.  Sheriff’s Deputy Randy Werden reported that the Ford Tempo driven by Corinne Buczek, 16, Greenwood, failed to yield at the intersection and was struck by an oncoming car.  Buczek’s passengers, Bridget Wagers, 16, and John Morgan, 16, both of Greenwood, were treated at Community Hospital South for minor injuries.  Buczek and her two passengers were on their way to Center Grove High School.  The driver of the other car, Sandra W. Hollingshead of Greenwood, reportedly was not injured.  (Reprinted with permission from the Daily Journal)
