Pumper truck gets a refurbishment

       The truck known as Engine 54, a 750 gallon pumper truck, was recently refurbished by Renewed Performance, Inc (R.P.I.)  The White River Township Volunteer Fire Department paid to have the truck overhauled because of its deteriorating condition and the need for upgrades.  "The truck is going to become a rescue-engine therefore requiring additional cabinet space and other features not available on the existing truck," said Lieutenant Scott Cassin.  The truck was recently completed and returned to regular service.
