Powerful winds create havoc in WRT
In the photo below, a huge tree lies across Restin Road in Carefree South in White River Township Thursday evening. The tree was sheared off by high winds that blew throughout the county up-rooting trees and downing power lines. (Reprinted with permission from the Daily Journal)
