Teen hurt as truck flips

       Two passengers in a semi were hurt Tuesday afternoon when a tire blew on Ind. 37 in Johnson County, causing the vehicle to flip.  State Police said James Hoggatt, 17, of Linton suffered severe leg lacerations.  James was taken to Methodist Hospital with Paul Underhill Jr., 16, Washington, Ind., who suffered a facial cut.  Driver Orden J.
