Stella Parton visits White River Township

       White River Township firefighters sponsored a concert featuring Stella Parton, sister to Dolly Parton, at the Center Grove Middle School recently.  The sold-out show was set up to be a fundraiser for the department.  "It was a fantastic show" said one of the patrons upon exiting the venue.  Firefighters provided all of the 'behind the scenes' work as well as ticket selling and concessions for the event, which according to officials was a huge success.
