Firefighter's First Water

       The White River Township Fire Department played host to this year's Firefighter's First Water competition.  The event, where various fire departments are pitted against each other, involves several different objectives.  The overall objective is to be the first team to knock a basketball off a pylon fifty feet away.  Spectators watching the event especially enjoyed the huge water fight that took place after the friendly competition, which by the way, White River won.
