Man suffers stab wound

       A man was treated and released at St. Francis Hospital at Beech Grove early this morning for a stab wound he received in a fight in an Indianapolis bar. Johnson County sheriff’s officials said Peter M. Jacob, 33, Lot 106, Wheel Estates, Greenwood, notified them of incident at 12:09 a.m. from his residence. Police said when a unit arrived at the residence Jacob lay on the kitchen floor bleeding profusely from a stab wound in the chest near the heart. He stated that he had been involved in a fight at Mr. G’s an Indianapolis tavern. He gave no more details of the incident, police said. Myers ambulance service and the White River Fire Department assisted at the residence(Reprinted with permission from the Daily Journal)
