2 Injured as trusses topple

Two men injured when trusses on a church building collapsed were reported in stable condition today in St. Francis Hospital at Beech Grove. Herschel Adams and Darrel Hebron, both of Greenwood, fell about thirty feet from the trusses about 9:30 a.m. yesterday.  Adams suffered two broken arms and possible fractured ribs and Hebron suffered a possible fractured pelvis. John Fancher of Greenwood also fell, but escaped injury.  The trusses were being put up on the Suburban Baptist Church and School multi-purpose building on County Line Road west of Greenwood in Marion County.  (Reprinted with permission from the Daily Journal)
