Police seek identity of dead man
Authorities prepare to remove a body found dead at 7 a.m. today in a driveway across from the Mount Pleasant Cemetery off Morgantown Road, White River Township. The man had not been positively identified at noon today, according to Johnson County Coroner Richard E. Tudor. Police said the man has a wound on the right side of his head, although the cause of death has not been determined. At the scene are, left to right, Sheriff J. Robert Haugh; Tudor; Det. Sgt. William Bradley, Johnson County Sheriff’s Department; Brent Alspach, Myers Ambulance; Det. Tech. Jon Price, Johnson County Sheriff’s Department, and Ray Skipper, Myers Ambulance.
