Firefighters train in chemicals

       Several area fire departments including White River Township, Greenwood, Waverly, and Wayne Township met today in Waverly for a hands-on practical skill session in handling hazardous chemicals.  Actual flammable liquids were used in the training session which lasted most of the day.  Various techniques were used including a foam concentration designed to smother the fire.
