Car goes into creek

An Indianapolis woman suffered possible wrist injuries when her car went out of control and into a creek near Carefree North housing subdivision early today. According to a report by Johnson County Sheriff’s Deputy Gary Miller, Deborah L. Daley, 21, 9149 Tanglewood Drive, Indianapolis, was driving eastbound on County Line Road when her car went off the pavement at about 1:50 a.m. today. The 1978 Ford went down an embankment and into a creek, apparently due to some mechanical problem and the driver’s attention being diverted to the speedometer.  (Reprinted with permission from the Daily Journal)
