Four persons injured

       Four persons were injured in a head-on collision Monday evening just west of the intersection of State Road 135 and Fairview Road. Treated and released at St. Francis Hospital, Beech Grove for lacerations were the driver of the car pictured above, Robert Cummins, 32, 694 Valley Way Road, Greenwood; his niece, Yvette Michealree, 9, 638 Northfield Court, Indianapolis, and the driver if the second car, Stephen Ray, 24, Lot 34, Wheel Estates. Cummins wife, Rose Mary, 31, suffered a fractured lower leg. She was also treated and released at St. Francis. White River Township fire and rescue workers were called to the scene of the accident about 6:30 p.m. The victims were transported by Myers Ambulance. The Cummins’ two children, who were also passengers in the car, were not hurt.  (Reprinted with permission of the Daily Journal)
