Department participates in training
Members of the White
River Township Fire Department participated in a live fire training exercise
over this past weekend in Greenwood. Members from the White River
department along with those from several other area departments participated in
several "mock" drills involving live fire scenarios. The house was donated
to the Greenwood Fire Department for training purposes and subsequently burned
to the ground after the exercises concluded.
