Two first aid runs

Clayton Cecil was injured in a farm tractor accident on his farm located off State Road 37 near the Mt. Pleasant Christian Church late Saturday afternoon. Cecil was reported in "fair" condition Monday morning at Indianapolis Methodist Hospital. White River township firemen and Myers ambulance made the first aid run to the Cecil farm. White River firemen also made a first aid run to Center Grove Lake on the weekend. A young girl, Tanya Fox, was taken to St. Francis Hospital after being rescued from the lake by a lifeguard, it was reported. No other information was made available, but the girl was not believed in serious condition. The White River firemen also answered a first aid call at 1:05 p.m. Sunday. Chuck Clair of Greenwood route four was taken to the Johnson County hospital where he was treated and released.  (Reprinted with permission of the Daily Journal)
