Hinkle to head department
Edward I. Hinkle has been elected Chief of the White River Township Volunteer Fire Department succeeding Chief Ralph Wilson.
Other officers elected:
Joseph Porter, assistant
chief.
Robert Raber, chairman.

Oren Hyatt, treasurer.
