Smith Valley purchases fire truck
The
Smith Valley Community Center, charged with fire protection for the area,
purchased its own fire truck earlier this month. The truck is a 1937 GMC 1 ½
ton vehicle, complete with a 600 gallon water tank and firefighting equipment.
The truck will be housed at the Smith Valley Community Center
in the heart of Smith's Valley.
