Smith Valley Community Center is born

       The residents of the Smith’s Valley area united recently to form a group known as the Smith Valley Community Center.  The primary function of the new group is organize and maintain adequate fire protection, provide and maintain recreational facilities, and to unite and improve the living conditions of the community.  A copy of the by-laws of the new organization is located below.  You can also download a copy HERE in Microsoft Word format.
